After you vacate our property, we have to pay to mitigate the footprint that your pet leaves behind. Non-pet owners who move in after you will not like the odor left by past pets, and some are allergic. We will not be able to rent to you AT ALL if you have snakes, spiders, scorpions, exotic animals, or dogs that look ANYTHING like these breeds.
