Strong customer service skills - 3 years office experienced REQUIRED.
Service Titan Software experience is a huge benefit! $500.
00 Sign on bonus for this experience! Previous dispatch or scheduling experience - preferred but not required.
Requirements:
Attention to detail and well organized.
Invoicing experience.
Experience with purchase orders, receivers, inventory, sales orders, purchasing inventory, and managing customer accounts a plus.
Excellent communication and phone skills.
Efficient with Outlook; Word; and Excel is required.
Strong accurate typing skills.
The ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
Self Motivated.
Energetic, fun, and friendly personality.
Teamplayer Must be within 30 mile radius of Conyers, GA We offer Health, Dental & Vision and 401K with a match and paid Holidays and PTO.
Must be able to pass Back Ground Check and Drug Test and basic typing test.
Personal transportation, Valid Driver's License required.
Job Type:
This is an 8 am to 5 pm shift.
Monday-Friday.
