Community Relations Director - Oaks Senior Living is currently recruiting an experienced Community Relations Director for our community in Conyers, Georgia.
We are looking for a professional who has a passion for working with seniors and their families, and 3
years of experience in Senior Living management and leadership.

Responsibilities include:
Market community to local referral sources by building mutually rewarding relationshipsDevelop and implement an effective marketing plan to include referral source building, internal community events and advertising campaignsBe a resource to families and older adults as it relates to life changes and senior housingMaintain budgeted censusAssist older adults and families with the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition and welcoming experienceExpert knowledge in Senior Housing and a true passion to work with older adults and their families is required.

Job Type:
Full-time Recommended Skills Passionate Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
