Assist Office Manager in all duties.

Answer phones, working with customers pleasantly and efficiently.
3.
Complete daily closeout process, input sales leads into the computer, and assist and maintain cleaning schedules day to day.
4.
Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding, orientation and training.
5.
Help with laundry as needed, maintain cleaning supply inventory, and cleanliness of office.
6.
Inspect homes for quality following cleanings, follow up and resolve customer complaints quickly.
7.
Contribute to a positive work climate and to the overall team effort of the company.
8.
Will be cross-trained in all office duties.
Personal time management and organization skills are needed.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills and able to adapt to work within a fast paced environment.
Proficiency on a computer is needed as you will be working with our operations system to schedule appointments for cleanings each day.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm or 8 am to 2 pm depending on full time or part time schedule.
