The ideal candidate will have motorcycle knowledge and will preferably be a Harley-Davidson enthusiast.

Drive and Assist the sales team in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly dealership sales goals Ensure customers are greeted promptly and determine a suitable vehicle.
Suggest optional equipment and accessories for customers to purchase.
Proficient in computing and quoting sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
Maintain a prospect list and follow-up logs.
Qualifications/Requirements - Assistant Sales Manager:
Experience managing and training a vehicle sales force is a plus! Experience with motorcycles is preferred If you are a Harley-Davidson enthusiast, that is a plus! Ability to assist F&I department when need be, contracting, funding, selling F&I product, etc.
Appraising trades.
Maintaining high Customer Satisfaction standings and Customer Retention.
Willingness to work hard.
Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills Valid driver's license preferably with Motorcycle endorsement Personal/professional references must be available upon request Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment Must be authorized to work in the U.
