Documentation review Data Entry Filing - electronically and physically Scanning and copying documents Contacting customers regarding policy related inquiries Processing endorsements Policy review for retention Additional administrative task(s) Answering phone calls Processing endorsements/changing address/ changing vehicles etc Filing claims Rewriting policies from one carrier to another Processing payments
Qualifications:
P & C license Proficient in MS Office Proficient data entry skills Strong organizational skills & attention to detail Ability to multi-task independently or as part of a team Able to take direction Self starter and motivated Must have a good understanding of insurance jargon and terminology
